• Description:
• ● A Stainless Steel Sanitary Clamp with a single hinge in the center and an wing nut on one side to hand tighten the clamp.
• Used to:

• ● Used to create a secure, hygienic and leak proof connection between various tri-clamp fittings and components.

• Connects to:
• ● Will fit over and connect two tri-clamp flanges or ferrules of the same size.
• Function:
• ● The clamp mechanically compresses the two flanged ends together, compressing the gasket to form a secure leak-proof seal.
• Installation:
• ● Place the clamp over two tri-clover flanges (ferrules) and place a gasket in between to seal the connection.
• ● Then tighten the wing nut by hand until a secure connection is formed.
• ● To disconnect unscrew the wing nut and open the clamp.

What is a Tri-Clover Clamp?:

A Stainless Steel Tri-Clamp, also called a Tri-Clover Clamp, is a sanitary clamp used to secure two tri-clamp ferrules together with a gasket in between them. It is the clamping mechanism used to connect two Tri-Clamp flanged ends (ferrules) which makes it the key component of a Tri-Clamp sanitary connection. A Tri-Clamp connection is made up of two flanged ends or ferrules, a gasket and a clamp. They provide a secure, sanitary, leak proof connection that requires no tools for assembly ,and they can  be disassembled quickly for cleaning.
